PayPal is seeking a Director of Financial Services Engineering to lead the FSCoE in delivering scalable, compliant fintech products across North America and Europe. You will drive architectural direction, accelerate engineering velocity, and shape product strategy with cross-functional leaders.

You will report to the Head of Financial Services Engineering and help expand PayPal’s geographic and product footprint while upholding regulatory requirements and customer obsession.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant technology experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent
  • 2+ years of people leadership
  • Experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations across geographies
  • Experience launching financial products or payments platforms is a plus
