Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operations to partner with the Data GM and Expanded Core SVP, shaping growth initiatives and aligning strategy with execution.

You will lead data-driven decision making, develop dashboards, and coordinate across revenue teams to ensure prioritization and fast execution. This is a full-time role that can be based in a US office or remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or sales strategy & operations.
• Ability to break down complex challenges and provide actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) for decision-making.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Leaders in product strategy and drive action plans to promote growth.
• Perform data collection and analysis to inform decision-making with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure focused execution of product strategies and KPI milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish metrics and dashboards.
• Deliver data-backed insights to SVP and executive team for decision-making.
