Job summary

Philip Morris International in Tampa, FL, seeks a Director of Data Services & Enablement to own the strategy, delivery, and operation of the enterprise data platform, ensuring trusted, high-quality data across the organization.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive data quality, governance, and cost optimization across AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, and define a 12–24 month roadmap aligned to regulatory priorities and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or platform operations.
• Proven experience running production-grade data environments with SLAs and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery, and run of the enterprise data platform (EDP).
• Lead operational health, reliability, and performance, including monitoring and runbooks.
• Define a 12–24 month roadmap for data services aligned to priorities and governance.
