Job summary

You will work closely with executives to translate technical tradeoffs into strategic guidance, maintaining a strong privacy‑first approach across production systems and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science or ML engineering with 4+ years leading teams
• Experience creating multi-team roadmaps and adapting to changing priorities
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making for executives and teams
• Hands-on mentorship of data scientists and coaching leaders
• Production deployment of ML/NLP solutions with privacy-focused requirements
