The Data Privacy team at Envestnet helps safeguard one of the company’s most important assets—data. Working closely with Legal, Security, Product, and Engineering teams, they embed privacy-by-design principles into business processes, technology solutions, and client experiences while ensuring compliance with evolving privacy regulations. Through privacy impact assessments, risk management, policy development, and incident response support, the team plays a critical role in protecting customer trust and strengthening the company’s security posture. Provides leadership and oversight for the Data Privacy group. Oversees team efforts to establish and implement policies, procedures and protocol for protecting sensitive financial and personal information across wealth management and advisory platforms. Establishes and oversees privacy governance, policies and controls to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws. Partners with legal, security, product and technical teams to embed privacy protocols into systems and processes.

This role offers a base salary range of$167,000 - $209,000. The range listedrepresentsa good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will bedetermined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location,in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.This role is eligible for an additional incentive componentas part of the total rewards package.
