5+ years of experience in data operations or related areas.
Experience with issue management, SLA tracking, and remediation plans.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality controls, and production support processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across data engineering, governance, analytics, and business units.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data operations and issue management across data products and capabilities.
Manage issue intake, triage, prioritization, escalation, tracking, and resolution.
Monitor SLAs, issue trends, remediation progress, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to resolve pipeline failures and production incidents.
Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts across business, technology, vendors, and data teams.
Produce dashboards and reporting for risks, service levels, and performance.
