Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data operations and issue management for core data products.
• Manage issue intake, triage, escalation, and resolution to maintain stability.
• Monitor SLAs, trends, remediation progress, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with data engineering to resolve pipeline failures and incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in operations.
• Produce dashboards reporting risks and performance.
