Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation to lead the end-to-end PM strategy for foundational data primitives. You will drive architecture and product direction across multiple engineering teams, defining how files, ontology, data capabilities, and metadata power AI agents and secure, scalable workflows.

Qualifications

12+ years in product management with 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations.
Deep fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.
Experience managing a PM team through hiring, leveling, and establishing product practice for a new domain.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

Define the Full PM Layer across multiple engineering orgs for Relativity Intelligence Foundation.
Own Files/Natives, ensuring immutable legal data substrate with SLAs and API surface.
Shape Ontology and Relationships to give AI agents a shared vocabulary.
Oversee Data Capabilities for reporting, auditing, observability, and explainability.
Lead Knowledge/Metadata as a unified materialized document layer across workspaces.
Direct Query Plane with hybrid retrieval, chunking, and tiered storage.
