Job summary

Relativity in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Director of Product Management, Data Intelligence Foundation, to lead the PM discipline across the foundational layer for legal data intelligence. You will shape the strategy and own the multi‑org roadmap: ontology, data capabilities, and retrieval architecture, delivering scalable, observable AI-ready platforms for demanding legal use cases.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management and leadership experience are required.
• Experience leading platform or infrastructure PM organizations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs (Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, Query Plane).
• Define substrate for immutable legal data with SLAs, access contracts, and API surface.
• Shape Relativity's Ontology as the shared vocabulary for entities, relationships, and contracts.
• Build Data Capabilities to keep the platform observable, auditable, and explainable.
• Develop Knowledge/Metadata as a unified materialized document layer across workspaces.
