Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in data management, governance, or transformation leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree is required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in banking/finance or data-driven organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive enterprise-wide data governance strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Lead data governance programs with executive sponsorship.
• Align governance initiatives with Technology and Operations Services.
• Establish metrics and monitor adoption and effectiveness.
• Design training programs to build data governance competencies.
• Communicate progress to governance bodies.
