Job summary

AF Group seeks a Manager, Data Governance & Analytics to drive enterprise analytics initiatives and governance. You will lead the Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence and coordinate cross-functional teams to align business objectives with advanced analytics programs.

The role requires seven years in data/analytics with three years in leadership, plus a bachelor’s degree (masters preferred). Emphasis on policy, data quality, privacy and budgets.

Qualifications

• Seven years of data, analytics or similar work experience.
• Three years of supervisory, lead experience or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Governance and Analytics Center of Excellence teams and coach staff.
• Oversee data governance initiatives including Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Acquisition and Release Policy and Data Privacy.
• Develop an enterprise data and analytics strategy and maturity model.
• Coordinate yearly functional planning, budgeting and staffing with team leaders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data governors and analytics stakeholders.
