Job summary

NuPeople, a high-growth AI infrastructure company, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Management to own planning, sourcing and delivery of critical equipment for data center sites. You will translate site designs into BOMs, manage long-lead procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure GPUs, servers, networking, and electrical/mechanical infrastructure are ordered early and delivered on schedule.

Collaborate with Construction, Engineering, Deployment, and Finance to keep supply chain execution

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain, procurement, or category management in data centers, hardware, cloud infra, or large-scale infra environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the per-site bill of materials translating site design into costed equipment.
• Build and maintain the ordering calendar ensuring long-lead items are procured ahead of milestones.
• Maintain a rolling demand forecast aligned with construction and deployment schedules.
• Identify supply constraints, allocation risk, and lead-time issues early with mitigation plans.
