Job summary

American Transmission Co. (ATC) seeks a visionary technology and business leader to serve as Director, Business Solutions & Data Analytics.

You will shape how technology, data, analytics and artificial intelligence enable the future of ATC and support a safe, reliable and efficient electric grid. You will lead a leadership team responsible for business solutions, enterprise applications, ERP and development services, AI and innovation, asset data and analytics, and technology portfolio

Qualifications

10+ years of experience delivering performance outcomes that meet or exceed business goals.
Leadership experience across IT, business solutions, application development, data analytics or related technology functions.
A record of translating business strategy into roadmaps, capabilities and measurable value.
Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, influence and change leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to tell a compelling story and make complex topics simple.
Demonstrated success identifying, recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional professionals.

Responsibilities

Lead Technology Business Solutions, application development, data analytics and technology portfolio management.
Oversee analytics and models that support long-term decision-making.
Engage, inspire and develop leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
