The Role

The Data & AI Program Delivery Lead drives strategic planning, execution, and oversight of data initiatives, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals. The role includes managing teams and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

Your Impact

The primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement data delivery strategies, prioritize projects, ensure compliance with data governance, lead teams, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Project Management and Execution: Oversee the entire data delivery lifecycle, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Data Governance and Management: Promote data governance principles, ensure data accuracy, and maintain documentation.
• Team Management and Development: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Provide updates to stakeholders, collaborate across departments, and represent data delivery functions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, business acumen, and industry knowledge.
• Expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling program delivery.
• Strong business case development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $205,000, determined by experience and location.
