Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute capability strategy for engineering, data, and AI to support McCarthy’s priorities.
• Establish ownership across applications, Foundry, data, and platform operations.
• Build an organization, operating model, and talent strategy for scalable delivery.
• Lead governance, FinOps, and platform health with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive accountability for engineering quality, reliability, and production readiness.
