Steuben Foods Inc. in Elma, NY is seeking a Director of Milk Plant, Processing, & Blending to lead the Blending, Processing, and Milk Plant departments and drive performance across safety, quality, and cost targets.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to optimize production, implement continuous improvement, and manage budgets, capital projects, and new product activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharma, or related industries.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with low-acid aseptic processing, beverage/dairy processing, or other regulated environments.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, Kosher, USDA, FDA requirements, food safety, and EHS.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Blending, Processing, and Milk Plant operations.
• Drive reduction of waste, downtime, and operating costs; monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to support manufacturing performance and business objectives.
