Amgen in the United States is seeking a Director, Cross Channel Engagement Lead (CCEL) to transform how marketing tactics are planned, produced, and deployed across channels. You will partner with U.S.

Brand teams and cross-functional partners to translate brand priorities into coordinated, high-impact campaigns. You’ll drive onboarding readiness, establish governance, and develop performance dashboards to assess content utilization and deployment efficiency.

Qualificações

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years of marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations experience.
• Master’s degree with 7 years of marketing, content strategy, and/or engagement operations experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of experience.
• Experience in content operations, cross-channel engagement, and implementing scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape how marketing tactics are planned, produced, and deployed across channels.
• Collaborate with U.S. Brand teams and cross-functional partners to translate priorities into coordinated execution.
• Translate brand priorities into coordinated cross-channel execution and adoption of GCCI capabilities.
• Lead onboarding, training readiness, and progress tracking across brands or workstreams.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to assess content utilization and deployment efficiency.
