Job summary

Casey Family Programs invites applications for the Director of CQI & Business Planning in Seattle, WA. This leadership role guides continuous quality improvement, budget planning, and cross-functional project work to advance Casey’s mission of reducing foster care dependency.

You will supervise the Practice & Operations team, analyze performance data with tools like Tableau and SQL Server, and partner with senior leaders to drive equitable, data-driven outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public policy, or another human services field and 7+ years in operational/analytical roles.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Proven experience managing organization-wide project lifecycles.
• Expertise with complex data and reporting systems.
• Systems thinker with problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience deploying technology and data solutions.
• Commitment to equity and respect for tribal sovereignty.
• Bilingual English plus another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director of Operations to support budget, monitoring, and reporting.
• Supervise Practice & Operations staff with coaching and evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Provide strategic leadership for quality improvement via data reporting.
• Integrate processes and technology initiatives to improve efficiency and equity.
• Analyze, interpret, and report performance data to inform strategy.
• Build relationships to understand barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee CEJT scholarship program supporting post-secondary training.
