Job summary

Pima County Juvenile Court seeks a strategic, compassionate Director of Court, Children, and Family Services to oversee programs protecting children and rehabilitating youth. You will lead operations, ensure compliance, and guide a multi‑department team to advance safety, due process, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or closely related field and five years of progressive, professional administrative, executive or management work experience.
• Two years of supervisory and/or management experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education as approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate programs and operations of the Court, Children, and Family Services Division.
• Lead budget development and manage grants/contracts for the division.
• Build partnerships with community, government and court stakeholders.
