Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. invites an experienced RN administrator to lead jail operations as Director of Jails Operations. You will guide multiple NV facilities using our proven correctional healthcare methods and our electronic operating system.

You will relocate to Nevada, oversee budgets, clinical staffing, and regulatory compliance, and drive growth across the portfolio. Strong leadership and travel readiness are essential for this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN license preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with clinical staffing and financial management required

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Administrators to deliver high-quality care.
• Manage site budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure contract compliance for the region.
• Oversee clinical staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain positive physician relationships.
• Liaise between clients and corporate office.
• Ensure NCCHC, ACA, and nursing standards compliance.
• Travel is frequent.
