Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor to lead high-priority, cross-enterprise strategy initiatives in a growth- and innovation-focused environment. You will partner with R&D, Product, Commercial, Finance, and other functions to shape market positioning and enterprise options.

You will independently drive complex projects from framing through recommendations, influence senior leadership, and support global executive cycles with flexible hybrid work in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of experience, including 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting.
