Job summary

Illumina is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Strategy to lead major analytical workstreams and shape long-term enterprise decisions. You will structure strategic questions, build evidence bases, and synthesize options for senior leadership.

You will collaborate across R&D, Product, Commercial, and Finance to advance enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging AI-enabled strategies and strong financial modeling. Travel and hybrid work in San Diego may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 13-15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting and 2+ years supporting senior executives with complex workstreams.
• Proven experience applying AI-enabled strategies.
