Job summary

CIBC US is seeking a Director, Real Estate Management to lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and ongoing management of CIBC’s US corporate real estate portfolio. You’ll oversee real estate transactions, workplace planning, design, construction, facilities operations, lease administration, and vendor partnerships to ensure our spaces support business needs today and into the future.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll work with business leaders and enterprise partners to align real estate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related field.
Experience leading tenant improvement, ground-up, and technology-related workplace projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of leases, contracts, construction documents, building operations and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead US corporate real estate strategy by assessing business needs, market trends, and growth plans.
Oversee site selection, acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
Direct workplace design, space planning, architecture, and interior fit-out initiatives.
