• Lead initiatives to strengthen and expand internship pipelines, full-time opportunities and other experiential learning opportunities.
• Create, organize, and facilitate data-driven, outcomes-first hiring initiatives.
• Oversees coordination of program and initiative evaluation, outcomes, statistics and data for reporting and tracking.
• Maintains relationships with employers and alumni; participates in local, state, regional and national organizations to increase opportunities for students.
