Job summary

Xe is hiring a Product Director Corporate who reports to the Head of Product, owns Xe's corporate business end-to-end, and leads a product leadership team setting strategic direction for the segment. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, decide, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.

You’ll own the corporate product used to move money across markets, define what gets built and when, and lead a team of product managers running corporate squads.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management in fintech/payments/B2B tech.
• 4+ years leading PM teams; hiring, growing, shipping.
• Own B2B/corporate product strategy for a complex platform at scale.
• Experience with SME fintech activation, expansion, retention, multi-product platform.
• Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, system architecture basics, metrics, experiments.
• Comfort working across sales, partnerships, compliance, risk, and engineering in a regulated environment.
• Daily use of AI tools in product work; clear AI adoption POV.
• Executive presence for leadership reviews and external partner negotiations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for Xe's corporate business: what to build, when, and the outcomes the corporate business needs from the product.
• Build and lead the corporate product team: hire, develop, and grow product managers, and set the bar for product practice and AI adoption across the team.
• Orchestrate execution across engineering, design, sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and partner teams: ship the roadmap and own corporate outcomes including activation, expansion, retention, and unit economics.
• Stay close to corporate customers the sales team, partners, and the corporate market: synthesize signal into roadmap decisions and bring evidence into leadership reviews.
