DIRECTOR, CORPORATE EDUCATION

Location: On-site / Menlo Park, CA, Miami, FL or Princeton, NJ

About Summit

Ivonescimab, known as SMT112, is a novel, potential first-in-class investigational bispecific antibody combining immunotherapy via PD-1 blockade with anti-angiogenesis effects by blocking VEGF. It displays unique cooperative binding with higher affinity when targeting both PD-1 and VEGF. Summit has initiated clinical development in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with three active Phase III trials: HARMONi, HARMONi-3, and HARMONi-7, evaluating ivonescimab in various treatment settings. Ivonescimab is currently investigational, approved in China, and has Fast Track designation by the FDA for the HARMONi trials.

Overview Of Role

The Director of Corporate Education will oversee the strategic development and implementation of the Summit University Center of Excellence program, focusing on Corporate Education. This role involves aligning educational initiatives with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Role And Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute corporate education strategies, including employee lifecycle education, ensuring content is practical and aligned with business needs.
  2. Manage the Summit University SharePoint platform, creating and updating learning modules with functional teams.
  3. Collaborate with HR to develop training materials supporting recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.
  4. Design and deliver onboarding programs, ensuring they are current and aligned with practices.
  5. Partner with departments to develop customized training and SOP-based modules for operational and compliance needs.
  6. Work with creative teams to produce engaging training materials, including multimedia content.
  7. Manage day-to-day LMS operations, including content updates, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  8. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
  9. Work with functional leads to create clear, effective instructional materials.
  10. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, and adjust content as needed.
  11. Review and update training materials regularly, mentor team members, and stay informed on industry trends.
  12. Lead the development of engaging eLearning content, incorporating multimedia elements.
  13. Maintain up-to-date training content reflecting policies and industry best practices.
  14. Monitor KPIs related to knowledge retention and performance, ensuring compliance and regulatory readiness.
  15. Maintain a centralized repository of training content.
  16. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on training initiatives.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, adult learning, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8+ years in corporate education, with leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Experience with LMS and eLearning platforms, including content management and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects successfully.

The salary range is $200,000-$220,000 annually, with compensation based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Additional benefits may include bonuses, stock, and other incentives.
