Job summary

ADM seeks a Director, Corporate Development to shape its nutrition portfolio across Chicago, Decatur, IL or Erlanger, KY. This exempt role focuses on M&A, divestitures, JV alliances, and CapEx planning with cross-business collaboration globally.

You will build advanced financial models, lead due diligence, and present strategy to the CEO, CFO and Capital Committee, coordinating with external partners as needed. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred with at least 8 years in corporate BD or finance planning.
Experience with acquisition and joint venture valuation, contract negotiations and due diligence.
Executive communication and strong analytical abilities in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with BU leaders to develop and review capex business cases for growth and efficiency.
Build complex financial models for M&A, divestitures, and joint ventures and track synergies.
Support due diligence with Finance, IT, HR, and other functions across ADM.
Present financial rationale to CEO, CFO, BU Presidents and the Capital Committee.
