Responsibilities

Ensure procedures, controls and reporting comply with company policies and regulations.
Serve as accounting thought leader and technical resource.
Lead and develop personnel in the Finance Projects Department.
Align with strategic direction of MGM Resorts Finance Shared Services Center.
