Job summary

WSB in Minnesota seeks a Director of Contract Administration to lead the Northern MN team, supervise investigations, analyses, reporting, and construction observation while developing business with existing and new clients.

You will guide staff and other groups within the Construction Division, ensuring high-quality project delivery, compliance, and safe execution. A PE is preferred; 10+ years of civil engineering experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred but not required with client network.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct Northern MN Contract Administration team, manage projects, lead proposal development, schedule staff.
• Grow business by applying design standards and pursuing opportunities for WSB.
• Lead projects following State & Federal Contract Administration processes and procedures.
• Provide project management, oversight, and administration on federal, state, county, and city projects with documentation, pay estimates, and compliance.
• Achieve revenue and profit goals and develop the team.
