Overview

Mineralys Therapeutics is a publicly traded, clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing medicines to target diseases driven by abnormally elevated aldosterone. Our initial product candidate, lorundrostat, is a proprietary, orally administered, highly selective aldosterone synthase inhibitor that we are developing for cardiorenal conditions affected by abnormally elevated aldosterone, including hypertension and chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Define the consumer and patient brand strategy, including patient journey, positioning, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Partner with market research to identify actionable patient insights to drive innovation and ideation in DTC and DTP strategies.
  • Lead creative and digital agencies to develop out of the box, high-impact, multichannel consumer and patient campaigns.
  • Oversee the development of unbranded and branded patient education materials, support programs, and engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with Market Access to design innovative patient support programs to support patient onboarding, adherence, and retention.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance) to ensure compliant and aligned messaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies through campaign measurement and metrics development to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives.

Travel

This position requires up to 20% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight. Some of the travel may be international.

Education and Experience
  • MBA or bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience with at least 5 years building and executing marketing strategies
  • DTC and launch experience is strongly preferred
  • Cardiovascular experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute consumer/patient brand strategy and bring new thinking to promotional campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • A self-starter mindset with high personal accountability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation and Benefits

These positions are eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

US Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000
