Brand Strategy & Lifecycle Leadership Lead the development and evolution of the Kevzara US Consumer brand strategy, ensuring alignment with lifecycle management (LCM) priorities and long‑term brand ambition. Translate clinical, market, and competitive insights into clear strategic choices and differentiated value propositions for Consumer audiences. Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, Insights, Field Leadership, and Global teams to ensure strategic cohesion and executional excellence.
Innovation, Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement Drive the adoption of innovative Consumer engagement models, including advanced digital, omnichannel, analytics, and AI‑enabled strategies. Champion experimentation and test‑and‑learn approaches to accelerate learning cycles and unlock new growth opportunities. Collaborate with data science, digital excellence, and technology partners to embed predictive analytics, personalization, and automation into Consumer marketing.
Cross‑Functional & Matrix Leadership Influence and align cross‑functional partners around strategic priorities, investment decisions, and performance expectations. Serve as a senior thought partner to brand leadership, field teams, and executive stakeholders. Lead without authority, modeling enterprise mindset, collaboration, and strategic clarity.
Financial Accountability & Performance Optimization Own investment prioritization across Consumer marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest‑value opportunities. Establish and uphold rigorous ROI/BOI discipline, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and inform future investment decisions. Partner with Finance and Insights to develop forecasting assumptions, scenario plans, and performance dashboards.
5+ years of progressive experience in biopharma marketing, commercial strategy, or related fields. Demonstrated success leading US Consumer brand strategy, preferably across multiple lifecycle stages. Strong expertise in digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and emerging AI applications in commercial settings. Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills. Experience managing or stewarding significant budgets with a track record of ROI‑driven optimization.

The salary range for this position is: $178,500.00 - $257,833.33 All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs, and additional benefits information can be found here.
