We are seeking an experienced Director to join our expanding JLL Consulting Practice. As Director, you will be shaping and executing portfolio and experience strategies that align with client real estate assets with evolving workplace dynamics, employee needs, and business goals. The primary objective is to ensure real estate portfolios and workplace experiences are optimized to support organizational objectives . This role involves leading consulting projects aimed at enhancing client strategies and offerings in areas like portfolio optimization, experience design, and strategic alignment. You will provide recommendations rooted in leading practices to real estate, workplace, and facilities teams, focusing on strategic alignment, portfolio performance, and experience enhancement.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients in real estate.

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs.

Design and lead the implementation of comprehensive experience strategies that improve employee engagement, productivity, and overall satisfaction.

Conduct analyses of clients' real estate portfolios to identify opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the future of work, real estate, and the workplace.

Attributes

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences.

Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing real estate solutions.

Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, with familiarity in agile methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to inform recommendations.

Certifications in related fields, and project management experience preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required , with 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

80,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year
