Schwab believes Consultant Intermediary Partners are critical to the growth and success of our Workplace Services organization. The Director, Consultant Relationswill be tasked with creating and executing a plan to drive additional opportunities for our sales team and help to retain existing clients. You will achieve these goals by engaging our consultant partners regarding both Schwab's overall offering, as well as helping in the retention of existing clients whom the consultants offer ongoing support. If you are passionate about serving our partners and clients in helping millions of people reach their financial goals, we are excited to consider you for our Team! You will be focused on building relationships with Consultants based mainly on the West Coast.
