The Role

Kyndryl Consult is a rapidly growing business crucial to the company's strategic growth. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts at the C-suite level, focusing on Business and IT transformations.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. Your role involves engaging with senior clients, delivering high-quality work, and supporting post-deal implementation and execution, with a focus on financial impact and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets.
  • Ensure growth and profitability, managing margins and backlog.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate scope and fees, managing risks.
Client Engagement
  • Build relationships with CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and secure references.
Operational Excellence
  • Meet utilization targets.
  • Oversee delivery of complex engagements ensuring high performance and satisfaction.
Leadership & Management
  • Foster a culture of development, curiosity, and innovation.
Strategic Contribution
  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise.
  • Align with and contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic vision.
  • Develop thought leadership and industry presence.
Qualifications
  • Experience leading large-scale insurance transformation programs.
  • Expertise in enterprise transformation, digital disruption, data governance, AI, cloud, cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Commercial or Personal Lines insurance operations and technology.
  • Strong client relationship skills at the CXO level.
  • Proven project leadership in consulting or corporate environments.
  • Financial acumen with revenue and margin management experience.
