A leading technology services firm is seeking a Consult Partner to drive strategic growth and enhance client relationships through Digital Workplace Services. The ideal candidate will have significant consultative expertise and a proven track record in managing complex engagements at the CXO level. The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex business and IT customer solutions and transformations affecting the entire customer ecosystem.
This role focuses on delivering digital modernization through Digital Workplace Services (DWS), helping Kyndryl’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications (TMT) clientele enhance their internal employee experience, workforce agility, collaboration, and overall digital experience. As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will maintain a strong presence with CXO-level clients, fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
You will lead the overall client engagement and deliver high-quality work alongside senior client stakeholders, in a transaction environment that may be pre- or post-deal, planning post-deal implementation and supporting execution. Partners focus on financial impact, utilization, contribution, client impact and leadership.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. ranges from $159,240 to $286,560 for a full-time schedule, with variations by geography and experience. California: $175,080 to $343,920; Colorado: $159,240 to $286,560; New York City: $191,040 to $343,920; Washington: $175,080 to $315,240; Washington DC: $175,080 to $315,240. This position may be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, and a comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. If this role is sales commission eligible, you may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
