The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and plays a key role in the company's strategic growth. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts at the C-suite level, focusing on complex Business and IT solutions and transformations that impact the entire customer ecosystem.

As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, leverage our capabilities to build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. This role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will also foster talent development and innovation within the organization.

This role involves leading client engagement, delivering high-quality work alongside senior stakeholders, and supporting post-deal implementation and execution, with a focus on financial impact, utilization, and leadership.

  3. Manage margins and backlog growth to ensure sustained profitability.

  • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives.
  • Deliver complex consulting engagements with credibility and experience.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and secure references.

Operational Excellence:

  • Achieve utilization targets for yourself and your team.
  • Oversee delivery of complex engagements, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

Leadership, Management, People:
