Job summary

AI Fabrik is seeking a senior delivery leader to own the design, execution, and management of mission-critical AI compute facilities across the US and Asia. You will be the owner's representative, guiding design standards, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality and safety across 15–20 sites through 2027.

You bring 15+ years in hyperscale or high-density data center delivery, a track record with construction partners, and strong executive communication.

• Multi-market delivery experience; Asia-Pacific strongly preferred.
• Strong owner's-rep commercial instincts, risk management, and executive communication.

• Review and approve designs for performance, efficiency, redundancy, and scalability across markets.
• Manage the construction partner as owner's representative: budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Own commissioning and turnover; ensure milestones and contract terms are met.
• Build reporting, budgets, and governance cadence for leadership oversight.

AI Fabrik is a neo cloud platform built for real-world enterprise AI. We deliver high-performance tokens close to users, with sub-20ms latency to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities and time-to-market measured in weeks, not years. Backed by Mayfield, Xora (Temasek’s growth equity arm), Acclimate Ventures, and Cisco Investments, we are scaling from our first live sites toward a global footprint across the US and Asia (Korea, Japan, Singapore, with India to follow). We don't own concrete — we secure capacity, power, and critical equipment through best-in-class partners and turn it into live, contracted compute. Capacity is our product and the path runs from grid to tokens, which puts this role squarely on the company's critical path.

The Role

You own the delivery of AI Fabrik's compute capacity — through a construction partner rather than in-house crews. You set the standard, manage the partner as AI Fabrik's owner's representative, and are accountable for delivering fit-out and critical infrastructure on time, on budget, and to spec across the US and Asia. You lead three areas — Design, Execution, and Project Management — while delivering 15–20 sites by the end of 2027.

What You'll Own

Design

• Own AI Fabrik's design standards — architectural, MEP, and LV/IT — for high-density AI compute, and ensure provider and partner designs meet them.
• Review and approve designs for performance, efficiency, redundancy, and scalability across markets.

Execution

• Manage the construction partner as owner's representative: budget, schedule, quality, and safety, with emphasis on MEP and mission-critical systems.
• Own commissioning and turnover; hold the partner accountable to milestones and contractual terms.

Project Management

• Build the reporting, budgets, and governance cadence that keep executive leadership ahead of schedule and cost risk.

What You Bring

• 15+ years leading mission-critical / hyperscale or high-density data center delivery, with deep MEP and commissioning expertise.
• Proven track record managing construction partners and general contractors in an owner's-rep model — not self-perform crews.
• Multi-market delivery experience; Asia-Pacific strongly preferred.
• Strong owner's-rep commercial instincts, risk management, and executive communication.
