- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization's job architecture and career frameworks.
- Develop and maintain salary grades, pay ranges, and compensation structures.
- Conduct market pricing analyses and benchmark positions against relevant labor markets.
- Design and oversee annual compensation planning, incentives, and salary reviews.
- Ensure pay equity analyses, compliance with regulations, and remediation where needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and executives on compensation strategy.
- Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to support workforce decisions.
