We are seeking a Director, Global Head of Compensation - Investments to join our Compensation team in New York, NY - Hybrid. You will shape compensation strategies supporting our investment businesses and drive organizational alignment.


BNY Investments manages approximately $2 trillion in AUM across various asset classes, each with its own expertise, culture, and proprietary processes.


Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with senior leaders to design and deliver talent attraction and retention programs.
  3. Analyzing market trends and competitor data for competitive compensation decisions.
  4. Providing guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  5. Leading projects to review and enhance compensation processes for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications include:

  1. 12+ years of experience in compensation within the investment sector.
  2. Deep understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  3. Experience in designing comprehensive compensation programs.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
