Job summary

Crisp Regional Hospital seeks a Director of Community Relations and Foundation to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and public relations initiatives at our Cordele campus. This role partners with leaders to grow charitable giving and strengthen community partnerships.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership in healthcare philanthropy; a Master’s is preferred. On-site leadership and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, healthcare foundation management, community relations, nonprofit development, or philanthropy.
• Experience managing major gift programs and fundraising campaigns.
• Healthcare or nonprofit experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the hospital foundation and philanthropic initiatives.
• Develop and execute annual fundraising plans that align with organizational priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, board members, community leaders, and corporate partners.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors.
• Oversee annual giving campaigns, capital campaigns, planned giving, and employee giving initiatives.
• Ensure proper donor recognition and stewardship practices.
• Promote Georgia HEART Hospital Program through marketing, education, and donor outreach initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase charitable contributions from individuals, businesses, foundations, and community organizations.
• Plan and supervise fundraising events and manage event budgets, sponsorships, logistics, and volunteers.
