Walmart in Bentonville, AR seeks a Director, Executive Communications & Social Media to shape the voice of the President and CEO across social and owned platforms, manage the CEO’s channels and podcast, and coordinate executive voices with Communications.

You will work with senior leaders to deliver authentic messaging, ensure clear, coordinated Walmart storytelling, and extend the executive narrative to key audiences and moments across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEO social strategy: Develop and manage the CEO’s social presence across platforms.
• Createsocial first content: Develop compelling posts, video and other content that makes complex topics accessible, relevant and human.
• Manage the CEO’s podcast: Manage editorial strategy, guest development, production, distribution and promotion.
• Shape executive social strategy: Partner across Communications to coordinate executive voices and enterprise moments.
• Use analytics and trends: Apply analytics, cultural trends and platform developments to continually strengthen strategy.
• Support CEO communications: Develop briefings, scripts, talking points and other executive content.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
