Ladders is seeking a Director Commissioning - Gas Power Generation to lead commissioning strategy and execution for multiple utility-scale gas power projects. This remote role partners with project managers, engineering, and leadership to align activities with specs and schedules.

The ideal candidate brings deep field execution experience, strong technical judgment, and a track record of building best practices in a fast-moving construction environment.

Formación

• Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in utility-scale natural gas power generation or EPC field execution.
• Strong understanding of construction engineering, design concepts, and electrical construction.
• Knowledge of estimating strategies and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and CTC net software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

For our client, we are seeking a Director Commissioning - Gas Power Generation to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will lead commissioning strategy and execution across multiple utility-scale gas power generation projects, ensuring disciplined delivery from planning through turnover. The position partners closely with project managers, engineering, construction, and leadership teams to align commissioning activities with specifications, standards, and schedule expectations. The ideal candidate will bring deep field execution experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to build consistent best practices across a fast-moving construction environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $178,151 - $258,319 annually
