Olema Oncology is seeking a Director, Commercial Insights and Analytics to build and lead an integrated insights capability supporting commercial strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle planning. The role reports to the SVP, Commercial Strategy and Operations.
The director will partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into executive-ready recommendations. The position will be based out of either San Francisco or Boston with ~20% travel.

OPERA-02,ourPhase 3 trial ofpalazestrantin combination withribociblibin patients with frontlineER+/HER2- MBC, isenrolling patients.Togetherwith itsmechanism of action, pharmacokinetic properties,andthe potential todemonstrateactivity in bothESR1wild-type and mutant tumors,palazestranthas the potential totransform the metastatic breast cancer treatment paradigm andaccessa$15 billionglobal market opportunity.
Our follow-on product candidate, OP-3136, is a potent KAT6 inhibitor withthepotential to generate further value and meaningfullyimpactthemetastatic breastcancertreatment landscape – particularly in combination withpalazestrant.We recently reportedencouragingPhase 1monotherapydata from this programacross multiple solid tumor types andareadvancingpatientenrollment in theongoingcombinationarmsin MBC.

Olema Oncology is seeking aDirector, Commercial Insights and Analyticsto build and lead an integrated insights capability supporting commercial strategy, launch readiness, and lifecycle planning. The role reports to the SVP, CommercialStrategyand Operations.
The Director of Insights and Analytics will serve as a strategic thought partner to Commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, bringing togetherprimary market research, forecasting, and competitive intelligence,to address Olema’s most important business questions.
This individual will develop a deep understanding of customers, patients, and competitors, and translate that understanding into clear implications and recommendations for the business. The role willbe responsible forensuring that Olema has the right insights at the right time to inform decisions ranging from product strategy and launch planning to customer engagement, market development, and investment prioritization.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a leader who is comfortable framing ambiguous business questions, designing research and analytical approaches, pressure-testing assumptions, and translating disparate information into executive-ready recommendations.
This role will be based out of either our San Francisco or Boston offices and will require approximately 20%travel.

The base pay range for this position is expected to be $230,000 - $250,000 annually,howeverthe base pay offered may vary depending on location, market, job related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes equity, bonus, and benefits.
