Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10 years of legal experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
• Experience supporting promotional review committees.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations, including product promotion, compliance, privacy, and patient engagement.
• Counsel business stakeholders on interactions with healthcare professionals, payers, patients, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Provide legal guidance on advertising, marketing initiatives, social media, digital engagement, and scientific exchange activities.
• Support speaker programs, field-based initiatives, patient support activities, and other commercialization efforts.
• Provide legal support for market access, payer engagement, pricing, reimbursement, and patient support initiatives as needed.
