Job description

Brand Payments is looking for resources who have experience with converting commercial card issuers from legacy platforms to cloud-based, modernized processing platforms. Hands‑on experience with TSYS will be prioritized.

• Must have prior processor or issuer experience with processor conversions, standing up large‑scale processing platforms, and implementing corporate clients with multiple Commercial Card products
• Lead end‑to‑end design and build of new modernized platform, including mapping and documenting business requirements, creating a banking data and services model, development of UI and modern cloud architecture, reporting and analytics, and the data event handler including application design, real‑time transactions & streaming
• Prior experience with the card product implementation process, including onboarding, dependency management, options setup, tools for portfolio management, product design and launch, client delivery management, and operational reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements as they apply to implementations
• Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring risks, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
• Lead the Commercial Card product readiness process for the bank, ensuring all impacted functional areas are ready to support new products, features, and partners
• Support client‑facing teams during early onboarding phases, gather feedback and identify opportunities, and influence teams to expand adoption and solution availability
• Improve market readiness, delivery, and adoption of new solutions and partnerships
• Provide the bank with integrated management and coordination to deliver new features and products at scale while managing key interdependencies, integrations, roadmaps, and budgeting constraints
• Work across teams, functions, and disciplines to ensure continued progress by addressing technical and operational issues
