Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of commercial analytics experience within pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Product launch analytics experience is required; oncology launch experience strongly preferred.
• People management experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI platform such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting incentive compensation goal setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial reporting and analytics package, including launch dashboard and field-facing reports.
• Define the definitions for every commercial metric and maintain the master definitions.
• Build the launch analytics framework with leading indicators.
• Deliver analytics supporting targeting, segmentation, and field resource allocation.
• Provide analytical basis for incentive compensation goals.
• Build and maintain analytics tooling and self-service reporting.
• Deliver insights and explain changes in business terms to leaders.
• Set analytical standards for Regional Business Managers and document data limitations.
