  • Directing and overseeing all collection and recovery activities, including delinquency management, charge‑offs, repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, legal claims, litigation, and collateral liquidation to ensure timely and compliant resolution.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators, goals, and processes to track portfolio performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and recovery effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to manage portfolio risk, maintain data integrity, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Managing vendor relationships with collection agencies, legal counsel, repossession agents, and remarketing firms to ensure performance, cost‑effectiveness, and adherence to service‑level agreements.
  • Promoting a member‑first recovery philosophy, balancing effective loss mitigation with empathy and assertiveness to preserve member relationships and uphold the Credit Union’s values.

  • Providing and ensuring development opportunities are available for team members as part of their overall career path with the Credit Union.
  • Leading change by identifying opportunities that consistently raise the bar and improve service levels.
  • Assisting the Credit Union with executing the business plan of the organization.
