Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including leading managers and global teams.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps, SaaS/enterprise cloud software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams responsible for full development cycle of management/control plane services.
• Set technical direction and vision for cloud security services in collaboration with Product and Security stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end software development from design to deployment with timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent and foster technical excellence and innovation.
• Partner with architecture, operations, and customer success teams to ensure reliable, seamless integration.
• Champion process and technology improvements using metrics and customer feedback.
