As a senior leader within our Cloud‑Build capability in the Americas, you will operate as part of a broader go‑to‑market leadership network. The role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product and cloud engineering, supporting clients as they build, scale, and operate digital products and platforms. A requirement of this role is residency within the assigned market.
In this role, you will join a Build & Cloud Go-to-Market team aligned to the Amazon account. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing go‑to‑market function and owning the growth strategy for Slalom’s Build & Cloud offerings, spanning modern application engineering, AWS architecture, platform engineering, and DevOps. You’ll cultivate an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture that attracts and retains top engineering and cloud talent, and position Slalom as a trusted partner across Amazon organizations.
This is a uniquely positioned leadership role where you will translate Slalom’s national Build & Cloud vision into local impact by connecting architecture, delivery excellence, and business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Slalom client partners and Amazon partner teams to identify high‑impact opportunities, shape solution approaches, drive sales and revenue growth, and elevate our go‑to‑market presence.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $240,000 - $293,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
