Job summary

Judi Health seeks a Director, Clinical Solutions Customer Success in the United States. The role partners with customers, Judi Health product teams, and executives to design and optimize formularies, utilization management programs, and clinical benefit strategies on the JUDI platform.

The ideal candidate brings deep Medicaid Fee-For-Service knowledge, formulary management, and CMS/MMIS experience, and will mentor teams while guiding complex implementations and migrations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license.
• 15+ years of pharmacy benefit, health plan, Medicaid, or PBM experience.
• 10+ years supporting Medicaid pharmacy programs, incl. Fee-for-Service Medicaid.
• 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with state Medicaid agencies and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical lead for software licensing strategic customer relationships.
• Provide guidance on formularies, PDLS, and utilization management programs.
• Lead implementation and migration activities with clinical expertise.
• Advise on Prior Authorization, Step Therapy, Quantity Limits, DUR/cDUR and rebates.
• Support CMS certification, MMIS integrations, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex business and system challenges.
• Create and present recommendations to customers and executives.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements for client outcomes.
